What is Clash used for?
Clash is a network proxy tool that supports multiple protocols, commonly used for bypassing internet censorship. It supports protocols such as Shadowsocks, Vmess, and Trojan, and provides powerful rule configuration and load balancing features, helping users access blocked content conveniently in different network environments. Clash forwards users' network requests through a local proxy server, enabling them to bypass geographical or network restrictions and access global internet content.
Besides the common bypass functionality, Clash can also be used for advanced network management, such as automatically selecting proxy servers based on different rules, adjusting network traffic according to region or network conditions, etc. It has multiple versions supporting Windows, macOS, Linux and other operating systems, and can be configured through graphical interface or command line.
